Thanks to your great help, we were able to provide urgently needed glasses and medicines to 17 children of the Aiyebo Comprehensive School in Kenya! You have not only improved these children's view of the world, but also enormously increased their chances of education and participation.

The 16-year-old Rabbi from the remote and barren Kerio Valley has a godmother at her side - and thus a real chance for a future! The biggest blow of fate: thieves stole all the cattle that served as her family's only livelihood. 100 children supported

Linda can pursue her dream

Linda is 16 years old. Since her widowed mother is unemployed, she lives with her grandmother. Her long-term goal is to become a doctor. Thanks to Nea's support, Linda can continue to pursue this dream – asante sana.

Wycliffe can continue to go to school

Wycliffe is also 16 years old and Linda's brother. He also lives with his grandmother. Thanks to Maya's support, Wycliffe can continue to attend school and create the conditions for a good education – asante sana.

Shirleen can stay at high school

Shirleen is 16 years old. Her mother died of cancer and lives with her grandmother and she is in form 3 in a high school at the moment, the father abandoned her. Thanks to the support of Sabine and Marco, Shirleen is now able to stay in the high school – asante sana.

Euphrosyne can go to high school

Euphrosyne is aged 15 years and is joining high school in January. Her mother is a widow and does casual work with little payment, so she is not able to pay the fees. Thanks to the support of Daniela, Euphrosyne now can start high school – asante sana.

New change of clothes for 213 girls

There are girls at the school, who don't have inner wear to change. Some have only one and they need extra so that they can have another one to change when they wash. Thanks to our donors now 213 girls have new inner wear – asante sana

Valentine can study & become a teacher

Valentine is 19 years old and is in her first year in Teachers Training college but there is nobody who can pay the fees so that she can continue. Thanks to the support of Constance, Valentine is able to do her studies – asante sana.

Josiah can attend school for the blind

Josiah, 15 years old, was sick from Cryptococcal Meningitis and he lost his sight. He joined Chepsigot special school through a good Samaritan who later was not able to pay his school fees. He lives with his mother and uncle but they’re not able to pay the school fees. Thanks to the support of Patrick, Josiah is now able to attend a school for the blind and to continue learning again.

Gladys studies at the medical training school

Gladys, 23 years old, is from a poor background in Baringo. She lives with her single mother who is sickly. Her father, who was mentally retarded died last year. She is supposed to join Iten medical training college for 2 years but nobody can pay the fees for her. The other challenge is that she has to rent a room to stay, at the moment the teacher accommodates her in his house because her mother is not able to pay for rent and other needs. Thanks to the support of Erika and Karl-Josef, Gladys now can join the medical college – asante sana.

Meals for children in need

There are many kids who couldn’t join the meals in the school because their parents are not able to pay for it. Thanks to the donors now the 17 most needed kids can be feeded at school - asante sana.

Casva can now attend high school

Casva is a girl aged 15 years old. Casva’s mother has been suffering from HIV. Casva is supposed to join High school and she has nobody to pay her fees. She has been living with a lady who decided to accommodate her. Thanks to the support of UNIKAT, Casva now can join the high school – asante sana

Saving Nicole's life

Nicole arrived with a life-threatening eye infection after a journey of several days. The family could not afford an operation. We were unable to save the eye, however we were able to save Nicole's life thanks to your support and to buy her some new clothes.

Maxwell is now able to attend a school for the blind

Thanks to the support of Silvi Mader and Steffi, Maxwell is now able to attend a school for the blind and to continue learning again. Up until now he had attended a normal school because his parents couldn't afford sending him to a school for the blind. But there, as you can imagine, Maxwell was unable to develop any further. Thanks to you, he is now at a suitable school for him and very grateful for that.

Michelle can go back to school

Thanks to your donations, Michelle can now stay in secondary school and continue studying. The parents were unable to pay the tuition fees and as a result Michelle was sent home. Thanks to you she is back now and very very grateful for that.

15 children have new school uniforms

THANK YOU - ASANTE SANA - we were able to make children happy again thanks to your help! 15 children got new school uniforms or new shoes and/or track suits. Depending on what was urgently needed and where the parents were unable to pay for it. You can see the before and after in the pictures - isn't it wonderful to look into happy or sometimes even disbelieving eyes when the children can't believe that they are being helped just like that.

Dorothy can go back to school

Thanks to your donations, Dorothy can now stay at school and continue studying. The parents could not pay the tuition fees and as a result Dorothy was sent home. Thanks to you she is back now and very very grateful for that.
