Enabling children and young people to have a better future
In Kenya, Primary School is compulsory and free of charge. Attendance at secondary school is just as chargeable as high school. We have met so many intelligent children who often have to overcome very extreme challenges in their families and therefore cannot afford the costs of school. With sponsorships, we want to make it possible for them to get a good school education and thus reasonable conditions for a better future.
An apprenticeship for Brenda
The teacher tells us:

Despite all this, Abel excels academically and has even taught himself basic electrical repairs to help support his family. He’s also a talented athlete. Abel dreams big—he just needs someone to believe in him and walk alongside him on his journey.“

A special school for Brian
The teacher tells us:
„Brian faces the world with quiet bravery. Diagnosed with a generalized convulsive disorder, he was abandoned by his mother and now lives in challenging conditions with his father. Despite his condition, Brian continues to walk, move, and occasionally connect with the world around him. He urgently needs a full diagnosis and ongoing care. Our hope is to place him in a boarding school that provides specialized attention—where he can feel safe, supported, and thrive.“
With 170 € you can Brian enable to go to a special school for mentally disabled children.
A safe school stay for Norah, Brian´s sister
The teacher tells us:
„She is Brian´s younger sister, a bright and determined girl who has already overcome so much. After being abandoned by their mother, she now lives with her father. She performs well at school, showing resilience and strength. However, there are serious concerns about her home situation, particularly that she shares a bed with her father. We are urgently seeking support to place her in a safe boarding school environment where she can study, grow, and be protected.“

The teacher tells us:
„Faith is Marion’s little sister and shares not only her smile but also her uncertain health status. Since our last visit, she has started attending school—a huge milestone. However, like Marion, there are concerns that Faith might also be living with HIV. She needs immediate medical evaluation and care to ensure her wellbeing. Supporting Faith means giving her the chance to grow up healthy, study, and play like every child should.“

She lives with her parents—her mother is ill, and her father is unable to provide for the family due to financial hardship. Despite these difficulties, Precious remains hopeful and dedicated to her education. With your support, she can continue attending school, access basic needs, and work toward a future where she can uplift her family.“

Born out of wedlock, she was left in the care of her grandmother, who does her best to provide despite very limited resources. Judy is currently in Form 2 and remains focused on her education, hoping to change the course of her life through learning. A sponsor’s support could help ease the burden and give Judy the stability and encouragement she needs to thrive.“
