Enabling children and young people to have a better future
In Kenya, Primary School is compulsory and free of charge. Attendance at secondary school is just as chargeable as high school. We have met so many intelligent children who often have to overcome very extreme challenges in their families and therefore cannot afford the costs of school. With sponsorships, we want to make it possible for them to get a good school education and thus reasonable conditions for a better future.
An apprenticeship for Brenda
The teacher tells us:
„Brenda is a brave and determined young woman currently studying at the polytechnic. Her journey has been marked by immense hardship—after her father’s suicide, her mother abandoned the family, leaving Brenda to care for her younger siblings. Now a mother herself to a one-and-a-half-year-old child, Brenda juggles her studies, caregiving responsibilities, and the daily challenge of providing food for her baby. She is committed to building a better life for herself and her family. With your support, Brenda can continue her education and give her child the future they both deserve.“
With 225 € you can give Brende an apprenticeship.
